All data generated by the app (such as history, favorites, and settings) is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable iCloud Sync in settings, this data will sync across your devices using your iCloud account. Login credentials for external services are stored securely in the iOS Keychain. You have full control over this data and can clear it at any time.

Overboard does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any other tracking technologies. We do not employ any analytics services that track your behavior within the app.

The app connects to the following services:

• Third-party community APIs - for browsing and displaying content. Your IP address is visible to these external servers when you browse.
• Our content filtering service - for applying safety settings and app configuration when enabled.
• Archive services - for accessing previously available content.
• Apple - for subscriptions, iCloud sync, and optional crash reporting.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your data is stored locally on your device and remains there until you choose to delete it. You can clear your history, favorites, and other data at any time through the app settings. If you delete the app, all locally stored data will be removed from your device. iCloud-synced data can be managed through your iCloud settings.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from minors.
