By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

You must meet the minimum age requirement shown for the app in your region's App Store. By using the app, you confirm that you satisfy that requirement.

Overboard offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("Premium").

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

You are responsible for any content you view or interact with. Overboard is a browser for third-party-hosted content and does not host the content itself.

Overboard has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can filter objectionable content, report posts, block abusive users, and immediately remove reported posts from your feed. Reported content is reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.

You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the application.

The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the developer.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be safe, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

The developer is not responsible for any third-party content accessed through the app.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the developer from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of and access to the app, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
