Child Safety Standards

Overboard maintains a zero tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, and any other form of child exploitation.

Overboard is a browser for third-party community platforms and does not host user-generated content. To protect users, the app provides:

• Built-in content filtering to hide objectionable material by default.
• The ability for users to report posts directly within the app.
• Tools to block abusive users and immediately remove reported content from your feed.

All reported content is reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.

If you encounter any content that may constitute child sexual abuse material or child exploitation, you can report it through the following channels:

• In-App Reporting: Use the report function available on any post to flag content for immediate review.
• Email: Contact us directly at overboardapps@gmail.com with details of the content.

We are committed to reviewing and responding to all child safety reports within 24 hours.

Overboard complies with all applicable child safety laws. When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child exploitation:

• We report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline.
• We cooperate with relevant regional and national law enforcement authorities.
• We preserve and provide information as required by law to assist investigations.

Users must comply with all applicable laws when using Overboard. Any user found to be involved in the creation, distribution, or possession of CSAM or any form of child exploitation will have their access terminated immediately. We reserve the right to report such users to law enforcement.
